6th HIDAYATULLAH MEMORIAL NATIONAL MOOT COURT COMPETITION 2013

The Moot Court Committee takes immense pride in informing you about the 6th Hidayatullah Memorial National Moot Court Competition, 2013 which is being organized by Hidayatullah National Law University, Raipur from 18th-20th October 2013. 

 

Known for its intellectually stimulating moot problem and high standards of judging, the Hidayatullah Memorial National Moot Court Competition is recognized as one of the country’s leading Competition Law Moots  The problem of this edition is based on Competition Law and International Trade Law.

 

The Moot Problem, Rules and Registration Form are available on our website: www.hnlu.ac.in

 

We have extended invitation to all the Moot Committees/ Head of the institution of almost every Law University/College for the Competition. If there is still any of the prospective participating institution who has not received any invitation, can also provisionally register themselves by sending and e-mail to hnmcc@hnlu.ac.in  for the Competition as we can extend the invitation subsequently and can complete the registration process. Any communication regarding the Competition can be made to the above mentioned e-mail address

 

Time Line of The Competition.-

    

     18th August, 2013: Notification of Competition and Publication of Moot Problem. 

     10th September, 2013: Last date to seek clarifications regarding moot problems. 

     12th September, 2013: Publication of list of clarifications on HNLU website. 

     15th September, 2013: Last Date for Provisional Registration. 

     22nd September, 2013: Last Date for receiving demand draft and filled in registration form. 

     2nd October 2013: Last date for submission of memorials in soft copy. 

     18th October, 2013: Inaugural Session, Draw of Lots & Commencement            
                                       Moot Court Competition

     19th October, 2013: Researchers Test, Preliminary and the Quarter Final Rounds. 

     20th October, 2013: Semi -Final Rounds, Final Round and Closing Ceremony.
