All of the above have to be mailed to the mentioned ID by 4pm on the notified date. the results of evaluation of memorials will be out within a week from the date of submission. the qualifying teams will have to undertake their own registration formalities, on the basis of the evaluation (certifying that the said team is allowed to register) shall be forwarded to at least one member of the team from the MCC, based on which the team has to undertake the responsibility of carrying out its own registration formalities. Kindly note, after qualifying a benchmark/ challengers, and issue of a letter from MCC certifying the same (or notiication on this blog for the same) the MCC bears no responsibility for registration of team details.
Also not that the Willem C. Vis teams (both East and Vienna) are allowed to register their teams (as per the team names notified to the MCC via their internal registration mail) with the Organizers before the Benchmark, with special leave from the MCC, due to exceptional circumstances. However, no alteration from the details of the team (as internally registered) is permissible in case of such provisional registration being allowed.

Symbiosis Law School, Pune in association with Krishna and Saurastri Associates, Patent and Trademark Attorneys, Mumbai invites students pursuing LLB, LLM or M.Phil (who have not completed 26 years as on 1st March 2011) to the Third B. Krishna Memorial National Intellectual Property Moot Court Competition from 11th to 13th March, 2011.

This year the Moot Court Competition will highlight/focus on the criminality of first filing requirements under the Patent Law and Criminality of Copyright infringement by hacking. The unique point of this moot is that the organisers have circulated two Moot Problems. One of the Problems will be for the Elimination Round and the other Problem will be for the Semi-Final and Final Rounds.
