LEX NOVITAS 2011

Internal registration is open for the Lex Novitas 2011 to be held from 20th to 23rd January 2011 at V.M. Salgaocar College of Law, Gao. The last date of internal registration is 16th December 2010.

The events are- (a) Getting Yes (Negotiation); (b) Lend a Lawyer (Client Counseling); and (c) Ad-lib Moot. A team, which may constitute maximum of 4 members, is required to participate in all the three events.

As the Ad-lib moot is an extempore moot the internal qualifying round shall be conducted upon a moot proposition selected by the MCC. The theme of the moot proposition provided by the MCC will be same as that of Ad-lib moot. Moot proposition and schedule of the internal qualifying round shall be notified shortly.
