india north-26 to 28 nov 2010

two speaker and one reacher.two additional member total 5 accompany the team.the two will not participate in the procedding.
the winner and runnerup team of india south and india north (4 teamS)will represent india in world final on march 17-20 2011 at university of maryland school of law,maryland.
